Description

The StatefulFunctionsAppContainers has a withConfiguration(ConfigOption, value) method that allows setting Flink configurations.

While this is useful, having to include external dependencies (most of the time, core) just to get access to the ConfigOption is often too much. It would be nice if the utility supports setting configs using plain strings as well.
