[FLINK-23692] Clarify text on "Cancel Job" confirmation buttons

Description

When prompting a user to confirm a job cancellation currently we present the following popup (see screenshots). These text descriptions are the default in the html layer, however it happens to be misleading when the action to be confirmed is cancel.

Multiple users reported that this behavior is confusing and as it is only a display issue its scope is very limited.
