This error exist in master and 1.13

The affected metrics are :

• 'inputFloatingBuffersUsage'
• 'inputExclusiveBuffersUsage'
• 'maxQueueLen'
• 'avgQueueLen'
• 'backPressuredTimeMsPerSecond'
• 'busyTimeMsPerSecond'
