Description

The current Flink UI has fallen out of a little bit into disrepair. It is using Angular 7 (current version as of writing is 12) which has been EOL for a while. With it, other dependencies (node, ng-zorro) have become out of date as well, which also introduces vulnerabilities in various dependencies.

This issue is an umbrella issue to collect various tasks which should be done in order to modernize Flink UI (again).
