[FLINK-22880] Remove "blink" term in code base

Description

Apart from FLINK-22879 and some API parts (such as EnvironmentSettings and old SQL Client YAML), we should not use the term "blink" in the code base and documentation anymore. For giving some background information, we should only document that the current planner was called "blink planner" in the past.
