Give friendly hint when click FlameGraph without rest.flamegraph.enabled

    Description

      Currently, if rest.flamegraph.enabled is not enabled, the webUI would just tell user that "Unable to load requested file xxxx", however, it should give more friendly hint that to enable rest.flamegraph.enabled.
