3.2 `JDBC.exactlyOnceSink` has a input arg `JdbcConnectionOptions connectionOptions` never used, and the connection info is provided by XADataSource. So do we consider remove `JdbcConnectionOptions connectionOptions`, it is not used and my confuse users?
