Description

With the completion of FLINK-14785, we can now configure the ExecutionEnvironment and StreamExecutionEnvironment completely via the Flink configuration. Consequently, we no longer need the custom config options defined in the DataStreamAllroundTestFactory to configure the *ExecutionEnvironment and can remove them. Removing this custom configuration logic will also improve our test coverage since we also test the configuration path.
