Description

The testRestoringFromSavepoint and testRestoringModifiedJobFromSavepoint tests fail with the DeclarativeScheduler because they assume that checkpoints are immediately read when the JobMaster has started, but with the DeclarativeScheduler this happens only once the job is being deployed.
