[FLINK-21328] Optimize the initialization of DefaultExecutionTopology

Description

Based on FLINK-21326, the consumedResults in DefaultExecutionVertex and consumers in DefaultResultPartition can be replaced with ConsumedPartitionGroup and ConsumerVertexGroup in EdgeManager.

1. The method DefaultExecutionTopology#connectVerticesToConsumedPartitions could be removed.
2. All the related usages should be fixed.
