Description

As far as I can tell, the flink docker images for 1.12.0 aren't present on Dockerhub: https://hub.docker.com/_/flink?tab=tags&page=1&ordering=last_updated&name=1.12

Which is breaking the deployment tutorial referencing those images here: https://ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-docs-release-1.12/deployment/resource-providers/standalone/kubernetes.html

To reproduce:

$ echo 'FROM flink:1.12.0-scala_2.11' > Dockerfile
$ docker build .
