Description

As mentioned in Flink-15485 when I use LegacyTypeInfoDataTypeConverter to convert BigDicimal to corresponsed DataTypes. It throws org.apache.flink.table.types.logical.LegacyTypeInformationType cannot be cast to org.apache.flink.table.types.logical.DecimalType error
