Description

When I type cmmand:

mvn clean install -Dmaven.test.skip=true   it occurs:
    <groupId>org.apache.flink</groupId>
  30         <artifactId>flink-parent</artifactId>
  31         <version>1.12-SNAPSHOT</version>
