Description

In https://ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-statefun-docs-master/sdk/modules.html#specification, we currently only document the latest format version.

It could make sense to document multiple versions here, especially as we add more versions.
Perhaps a starter example for referencing how we might structure the pages would be the Docker Compose version docs:
