Description

There are some end-to-end test utilities that other end-to-end Stateful Function tests can benefit from, such as:

• StatefulFunctionsAppContainers
• KafkaIOVerifier
• KafkaProtobufSerDe

We should move this to a new common module under statefun-end-to-end-tests.
