[FLINK-15784] Show the Watermark metrics of source node in the web UI.

Description

Currently, the web UI only shows the watermark of the non-source node. It might mislead some users that the source could not “receive” the watermark.[1]

So it would be more consistent to show all the watermarks metrics included the source node in the web UI.
