[FLINK-13795] Web UI logs errors when selecting Checkpoint Tab for Batch Jobs

Description

The logs of the REST endpoint print errors if you run a batch job and then select the "Checkpoints" tab.

I would expect that this simply shows "no checkpoints available for this job" and not that an ERROR level entry appears in the log.
