Enable Azure FS E2E tests on AzureCI

    Description

      We should think about enabling the test_azure_fs.sh E2E test on AzureCI. This would improve our test coverage.

      In order to do this, we need to setup an Azure account, set up the right environment variables $IT_CASE_AZURE_ACCOUNT, $IT_CASE_AZURE_ACCESS_KEY, $IT_CASE_AZURE_CONTAINER and upload a static words file to wasbs://$IT_CASE_AZURE_CONTAINER@$IT_CASE_AZURE_ACCOUNT.blob.core.windows.net/words.
