As part of the review feedback in PR: https://github.com/apache/flink/pull/8117, we noticed that there are a couple of existing FileSystem factories that are manually copying relevant config entries from flink config -> hadoop config as part of the factory configuration. We already have an existing class to do this - HadoopConfigLoader. This jira is to track the work to update these existing file system factories to switch over to the HadoopConfigLoader once the above PR is merged.
