[FLINK-12147] InfluxDB throws errors if metric value is NaN/infinity

Description

when use influxDB store metric datas, and metric kafka performance. There has some POSITIVE_INFINITY or NEGATIVE_INFINITY   data in the values, but influxDB no support it, so it alway some error.
