[FLINK-11860] Remove all the usage of deprecated unit-provided memory options in docs and scripts

Description

Currently, options with unit provided ,e.g. jobmanager.heap.mb and taskmanager.heap.mb have already been deprecated. However, these options are still showed in documentation and deployment scripts. We should remove these to not confuse users.
