Description

It may take some effort to implement a proper solution for FLINK-11127 (that includes high availability case).

As a quick fix (workaround) for FLINK-11127 in case of Kubernetes environments, it may be helpful to update the documentation and example Kubernetes resource definitions to have the workaround present.

Note: this is only for Flink version 1.7. For later Flink versions, a new taskmanager.network.bind-policy configuration option already "embeds" this workaround.
