Description

This subtask covers migration of:

• TupleSerializerConfigSnapshot
• TraversableSerializerConfigSnapshot
  to use the new serialization compatibility APIs (TypeSerializerSnapshot and {{TypeSerializerSchemaCompatibility).

Those snapshot classes are involved in serializers generated by Scala-macros.

This ticket is also related to FLINK-10493, and therefore should be taken into account.
