Description

In FLINK-11073, we changed CompositeSerializerSnapshot to be internal, and intend users to use the new CompositeTypeSerializerSnapshot class instead for implementing snapshot classes of composite serializers.

The relevant part of the documentation that suggests CompositeSerializerSnapshot should also be updated to reflect this [1].
