[FLINK-11268] Update deploy_staging_jars.sh to deploy multiple flink-shaded-hadoop2 versions

Description

We will have to make a few changes to the fink-shaded-hadoop2 module to support deployment of multiple versions. Currently neither the module name nor version contains the contained hadoop version; as such maven cannot differentiate between 2 versions of this artifact that were built with different a hadoop.version.
