Description

The `clear` method (org.apache.flink.streaming.api.windowing.triggers.Trigger#clear) will not be called while return a `TriggerResult.FIRE_AND_PURGE` in onElement/onProcessingTime/onEventTime, this may cause the trigger can't purge after trggered the condition.
