Description

The recent changes in FLINK-9986 causes errors during the building of the docs.

[ERROR] Failed to execute goal pl.project13.maven:git-commit-id-plugin:2.1.14:revision (default) on project flink-runtime_2.11: The plugin pl.project13.maven:git-commit-id-plugin:2.1.14 requires Maven version [3.1.1,) -> [Help 1]
