[FLEX-34637] Cannot edit text selection in spark TextInput and TextArea via keyboard with RIGHT key when selection started from right to left

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter some text in an <s:TextArea/> or <s:TextInput/> component
2. Move the cursor anywhere but the left-most position
3. Press Shift+LEFT or Shift+HOME
4. Press RIGHT

Actual behaviour: nothing happens.
Desired behaviour: the selection shrinks toward the right by one character.
