[FLEX-34445] some errors in installer are missing info=

Description

Some errors have the error running on from the os version and missing the info=. May make parsing/collecting stats a little difficult.

For example:
/track-installer.html?failure=true&label=Apache Flex SDK 4.13.0&version=4.13.0&os=windowsThe Apache Flex SDK MD5 Signature of the downloaded files does not match the reference value. The file is invalid, installation is aborted.
