[FLEX-34308] [BlazeDS] Make all tests run in a Maven build without any need to manually start and deploy BlazeDS to an external Server.

Description

Currently some tests require a BlazeDS server to be running on localhost:8400 ... in the maven build this is not automatically setup. Therefore a lot of tests fail. It would be good if the test would contain everything it needs in order to run.
