[FLEX-34111] App cant find TitleDisplayComponent in spark.components.supportClasses.ViewNavigatorBase

Description

When building mobile app for iOS with standard packaging method for debug and TabbedViewNavigatorApplication.navigators variable is set, Refference Error is thrown( Specified ApplicationDomain does not contain the class ::TitleDisplayComponent ). This issue occurs only when packaging is set to standard when packaging is set to fast, everyting goes fine.
