}
2. Create custome Alert skin.
3. Create simple application to test like this one:
<?xml version="1.0"?>
<s:Application xmlns:fx="http://ns.adobe.com/mxml/2009" xmlns:s="library://ns.adobe.com/flex/spark">
<fx:Script><![CDATA[
import spark.components.Alert;
]]></fx:Script>
<s:Button click="Alert.show('Hello, world')" label="Say Hello"/>
<fx:Style source="styles.css"/>
</s:Application>
Workaround:
Use another namespace:

@namespace s "library://ns.adobe.com/flex/spark";
@namespace sparkComponents "spark.components.*";
@namespace mx "library://ns.adobe.com/flex/mx";
sparkComponents|Alert
{
skinClass: ClassReference("skins.SimpleAlertSkin");
}
