Description

Currently, the Callout frame arrow is displayed as a plain black triangle, which is not very pretty.
Usually, callout component arrows are display with an outline, to make them look like real cartoon callouts.
(see attached image).
Moreover, the default arrow height of 18 pixels is too small. It should be at least 24 pixels, or better configurable through a style.
