Description

When embedding an svg asset the compiler gives:

Multiple markers at this line:
-Unable to transcode example.svg.
-exception during transcoding: The CSS parser class org.apache.batik.css.parser.Parser cannot be found.

This is a regression with respect to SDK 4.6.
