Committed version to SVN. Site is viewable at http://flex.apache.org/v2/

        Need help with the following

        • Collection of training, intros and other documents for Flex to highlight on website
        • Need a list of companies that use Apache Flex, and will allow us to use their logos
        • Need committers to provide headshots, and SM contacts for team page
        • Need to find out if Fuse Collective donated just the logo, or the entire marketing package. May need to update slideshow on homepage in case they didn't (4th slider uses their content).

added templates to the /templates/ directory. All files starting with flex-2-* are for the new site
updated the path.pm file in /lib/ to take in new .cmsPage files, and use the new template.
added two new header "meta" types. One is "Title" (title of the page), and "homepage" for the homepage only.

pages that want to use this new template must be named .cmsPage (instead of .html). Menu must be manually updated (flex-v2-header.html) in order to accommodate additional pages. we are using Twitter Bootstrap to build this site – so all the annotations that come with it are available.

Nick, are you ready to run it by trademarks@a.o? I think they may want the (r) symbol on the main logo in the top left.

Not just yet... Maybe Wednesday evening? I want to get a bit further and get rid of some of the placeholders which I know will throw flags before they scope it over.

Website is ready through the trademarks review. The homepage is filled out and pretty much ready with the following caveat – We do not have written permission back form all the companies listed in the "who is using" section. I have written permission back from Avaya(Me), Michigan State University (I am authorized to give that permission), and Systar (Frédéric THOMAS). If we do not get more permissions back by launch, I will comment that section out until we do.

Alex: Can you ping the people at big red to see if they would mind their logo on the site to say they are using it?

Nick, Now that Adobe is heavily investing in the HTML world, they are trying to become "framework agnostic" meaning that Adobe does not endorse any particular framework for building applications. Therefore, I would expect the answer to be that Adobe does not want to be listed on the site.

All pages have been put in place with the following exceptions :

        • Videos
        • How to get started
          (both under the developer menu).

Links have been corrected on the home page. Added new whiz-bang "Features" page. Fixed ASdocs so they weren't mangled by the CMS.

Need help with grammar check and spell checking. There is lots of new, hand-written content on the site.

Additionally, we need to polish the content on the "What is Flex" page. The content that is there is publish-able but it needs to be fixed eventually.

I Still need to do :

        • Finish last two pages
        • Do something about the "Who is using flex" bar.
        • Fix formatting on What is Flex page.

Oh, and two more things I need to do :

        • Fix Mobile formatting
        • Basic documentation on how future committers can update site (wiki)

Site is ready to be switched over to production. Will start a [VOTE] thread to encourage people to review it.

Only to-do for the site is more detailed documentation for future contributes in the wiki. All other TODOs are finished.
