Description
Documented way of disabling ColumnChart axis lines via CSS doesn't work:
<mx:Style>
@namespace mx "library://ns.adobe.com/flex/mx";
mx|ColumnChart
{ horizontalAxisStyleNames: myAxisStyles; verticalAxisStyleNames: myAxisStyles; }.myAxisStyles
{ showLine: false; }</mx:Style>
Requires workaround, which unfortunately messes up ones tick lines:
<mx:Style>
@namespace mx "library://ns.adobe.com/flex/mx";
mx|ColumnChart
{ horizontalAxisStyleNames: myAxisStyles, myAxisStyles; verticalAxisStyleNames: myAxisStyles, myAxisStyles; }.myAxisStyles
{ showLine: false; }</mx:Style>
The old way of doing this:
<mx:horizontalAxisRenderers>
<mx:AxisRenderer showLine="false" axis="
" />
</mx:horizontalAxisRenderers>
<mx:verticalAxisRenderers>
<mx:AxisRenderer showLine="false" axis="
" />
</mx:verticalAxisRenderers>
Produces some annoying warnings that are impossible to get rid of:
Data binding will not be able to detect assignments to "horizontalAxis".
Data binding will not be able to detect assignments to "verticalAxis".
