Description

Unline chart axis labels, chart axis titles cannot be rotated.

For vertical axis we can use AxisRenderer::verticalAxisTitleAlignment="vertical|flippedVertical" property to change rotation 0-180, but having "titleRotation" attribute (with function similar to "labelRotation") will be much better.
