Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.Compile "Datetimeexample.mxml" (attatched) and run it.
2.Move the mouse over the chart column,view the popuplabel.
Actual Results:
In step 2, The characters in the label are not aligned from right to left.
Expected Results:
The characters in the label should be aligned from right to left.
