Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.Compile "DataGraphicsMultipleAxis.mxml" (attatched) and run it.
2.Move the mouse over the turning point of the chart column,view the popup label.

Actual Results:
In step 2, the characters in the label are not aligned from right to left.

Expected Results:
The characters in the label should aligned from right to left.
