Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Place the new flex 3.4 sdk in desired location.
2. Unzip dmv_automation.zip file on the sdk

Actual Results:
dmv_automation_build.xml not present.

Expected Results:
dmv_automation_build.xml should be present.
