[FLEX-32267] 'SeriesSlide' and 'SeriesZoom' effect incorrectly functioning for ColumnChart type "clustered" and "overlaid"

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run the attched "ChartsSample1.swf" file
2. click on the radio button labelled "stacked", then click on "overlaid" , then click on "100%"
3. click on the radio button "clustered" again.

Actual Results: We wont get the desired effect when we select 'overlaid' and 'clustered'.

Expected Results: 'SeriesSlide' effect should function correctly for any option selected.

Workaround (if any):

Note: Similar issue exists even with the 'SeriesZoom' effect.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached file "ChartsSample2.swf"
Repeat steps 2 and 3 given above.

Actual Results: We wont get the desired effect when we select 'overlaid' and 'clustered'.

Expected Results: 'SeriesZoom' effect should function correctly for any option selected.
