Description

Steps to reproduce: Debug on Android device with 23052 Air 274
1. Open "Callout Button" view
2. Open Non resizable callout and focus on TI to open SK
3. Open Resizable cAllout when SK is open

Actual Results:
Resizable callout is resized since SK height is returned incorrectly. (See debug trace)

Expected Results:
Deactivate is received, SK height is updated when new callout is opened., May be related to SDK-31845
