Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached project on Android
2. Tap the TextInput at the bottom of the screen
3. Tap the List in the center (either the background or an item)

Actual Results:
Missing softKeyboardDeactivate event. Application stays in it's resized state.

Expected Results:
softKeyboardDeactivate should fire whenever the keyboard is dismissed.
