Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached application in debug mode
2. Place Break point on "trace("Accordion updateComplete");"
3. Click "Change paddingLeft on Accordion"

Build used: 22902.

Actual Results:
Break point is not hit on clicking "Change paddingLeft on Accordion"

Expected Results:
Break point should be hit on clicking "Change paddingLeft on Accordion"
