Description

This is the iOS version of https://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/SDK-31051

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached project
2. Open SPUC view
3. Open the SPUC onctainer
4. set focus on the text area to open the softkeyboard
5. Now, set focus on the border of the top text input

Actual Results:
Frequently, the softkeyboard closes and reopens

Expected Results:
SK shoud stay up
