Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an Accordion with 2-way binding on selectedIndex with NumericStepper
2. Change selectedIndex
3. In the attached swf, click on button "Change selectedIndex of Accordion", if event gets triggered it will show in a label.

Actual Results:
New AccordionContent gets selected. But changeEnd event doesn't gets triggered.

Expected Results:
New AccordionContent should get selected and changeEnd event should also be triggered.
