Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a Flex mobile project with this View:

xmlns:s="library://ns.adobe.com/flex/spark" title="Repro">

<s:SpinnerList>

</s:SpinnerList>

Actual Results:

The SpinnerList is only a pixel or two wide

Expected Results:

I was expecting a larger minWidth (say maybe 30 to match BorderContainer and SpinnerListContainer?)
