[FLEX-28391] When SplitViewNavigator has a custom skin and the first view navigator is hidden, the callout is not positioned correctly relative to the owner

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Download the attached project.
2. Run the app in portrait mode.
3. Click "Open Callout" button.

Actual Results: the half of the callout is outside of the app. Click "Visible" button to show the first view navigator. Show the callout again. This time, it is positioned as expected. (horizontalPosition, verticalPosition = auto).

Expected Results: When the first view navigator is not visible, the callout is positioned correctly.
