Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached FXP in ADL
2. Select HorizontalPaging
3. Page scroll to the right and observe changes in the scrollbar thumb width

Actual Results:
Thumb width decreases as each page is viewed.

Expected Results:
Thumb width should be constant
