Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Please download the attached project.
2. Run it in ADL.
3. Click "Open Callout" button.
4. Notice that the callout pops up.
5. Click anywhere outside the callout to close it.

Actual Results: When the callout is closing with fade effect, ToggleSwitch's thumb doesn't fade. It just disappears when all other contents get invisible.

Expected Results: Thumb also participates in the fade transition.
